A great idea for a fun wedding cake would definitely have to be this blocky LEGO wedding cake. It looks to be a cake made from three white LEGO bricks stacked together to form a cake. It’s obviously much larger than an actual side LEGO piece of course to be able to feed all the guests, but if you look closely you’ll see a real LEGO bride and groom wedding cake topper at the top, completely with a flower LEGO bouquet, white picket fence, and street lamp! Though it would look much better as an altar, it’s pretty close when done with LEGO bricks. This is surely a fun wedding cake everyone can enjoy.

I was definitely thinking of refrain. My brain shut off after 3 hours of wedding Googling.
Bricklink.com is a user-based marketplace for lego minifigures. It runs by getting a small percentage of money from the sellers, based on how much money they make, so unless you plan on selling lego, it is completely free to use.
You can buy minifigures, sets, or parts based on what set they were in, what theme it was in, or even the year they were released; or you could go through the unsorted lots (which aren't exactly unsorted all the time, usually just something like an ebay auction with set prices.) Since 1173 stores in the United States alone can put up the exact same item for a cheaper price, most everything is very cheap.
The only thing wrong with this site is the fact that liscensed sets are considered collectibles, and so are their minifigs. A Mace Windu can run about $40… However, the common figure can come in bulk for $.75 each for new (as low as $.10 for used.)
